Who is this for?
You have a great product idea
You have an idea for a physical product which could turn into a great business, but you feel that you and your team lack the experience to successfully execute on all the steps to get there.
In Conquer!, you learn and execute all the key steps to go from having an idea to having paying customers or a prototype in 15-intensive weeks.
You are in this for the long run
You are passionate about your idea and the value your product brings to your customers. Plus, you are willing to invest the time and energy which is required to build your company. However, other commitments, such as school, work, or family withhold you and your team from investing all of your time on this project until you see enough traction.
In Conquer!, you will enter a new Mission every week. Each Mission is a to-do list with clearly described action items. Once you have eliminated every item from the list, you move on to the next Mission. Complete all the Missions of your current Battle to move on to the next one.
Once a week you schedule a mentoring call to discuss your progress and get feedback.
If at any moment you get stuck, you can message your mentor for immediate help and get you unstuck. You can send unlimited messages, however, you must prove you have solved the issue of the previous message before we move on.
Financing your project seems challenging
You are surrounded by people who feel this is a great idea. However, they lack the capital or knowhow to invest in your company, and you don’t know how to build those relationships.
You practice pitching every week. From 30-second elevator pitches to full-blown 5-minute pitch deck presentations.
You receive a grading and feedback on your performance from your mentor, helping you improve and perfect your business communication with the speed of light.
After graduating, we present you and your company to our wider network of vetted investors.
You have tried it before
You have joined other programs aimed at helping you build specific skillsets. But in those programs you lost motivation from a poor fit of their content to your learning objectives, from low quality instructors, or from a lack of engagement.
Your mentor is handpicked to help you with your current challenges. Our mentors are rated for their performance by yourself and by previous successful participants of the program.

Your Conquer! mentor is an entrepreneur and can pull in a network of other entrepreneurs with experience in hardware products, idea validation, product launches, venture funding and exit strategies. Guided by the program and your mentor, succeeding in a successful launch is a matter of following a proven strategy.

Hit your Targets
Every week you schedule a session with your mentor.
Your mentor provides feedback on your pitching and answers any question you may have.
Your mentor provides you the essential and brutal, but honest, feedback you need to avoid running your project off the rails. You will learn -or improve-pitching to customers, investors, and team members.
After this session, you will have access to a new Mission and with it, the list of Targets you must eliminate to gather the comprehensive information and skills you need to acquire to reach your goals.
If you get confused and find it hard to eliminate a Target, you will message your mentor to get unstuck immediately.
What is an example of a Target?
New Missions build on the information and skills acquired in previous Missions. And, even though you can work on several Targets simultaneously, most Targets build on previous ones.
Target Four of Mission Two, for example, is about competitor research. You eliminate this Target by listing 3-5 competitors, their URLs, their target customer, pricing, and notes about what's interesting or different about them.
In the next Target, we would then ask you to find and list 5 reviews of each competitor, or the current solution your customers use and identify the pain points in using their products. You can do this by searching online and asking your customers questions if they bought those current solutions.
Consolidate
After a week of hard work, we meet again before the start of a new Mission.
You share a summary of your experiences during the past week and receive feedback from your mentor.
You will also have the chance to receive feedback from other founders.

How much do I need to invest?
To succeed in Conquering all 5 Battles, you invest in the program itself and in the time to complete it. The time you work on completing each Mission is time you cannot spend on other things, such as paid work. You also need a computer or a phone.
